I think you should stay in the midwest, whatever you elect to do. But my reasons for thinking this are purely selfish. :)

I'd be predisposed to take the mission worker spot, only because because I've got a newborn, a toddler, and a 5 year old on nearly a 24 hour basis now. At least teaching at a school, you go home at the end of the day.

YMCA would be my second vote.

Woo, that's a lot of babysitting! You must be worn out.

(I would get to go home at the end of the day if I get the nanny job, but yes, caring for babies and toddlers can certainly be nonstop and exhausting!)
