Vacation is almost here - yey!!!  Flux and my pookie monster spinning is almost here - yey!!  Shag Frenzy is almost here - Yey!!  Julie is almost here - SUPER YEY!!
It has been a busy busy past 2 days.

Picked Meggan up Monday and went to Tisane, where we gorged ourselves on yummy bits.  I deviated from just my normal steak frites, and we ordered

you guys totally need to go to Tisane with us sometime...it is awesome. Our friend Meggan declared it her fave CT restaurant after that one visit. Great place to relax and gorge on apps - those are my favorite places right now, slap a mojito in my hand and call me trendy, I know!! mmmm mojitos!!! I need out of this place!

Have you been to Eli Cannon's in Middletown? it's adorable, some of the best food I've ever had, and they've got a billion different types of beer on tap...though I don't drink beer, this might be of interest? We should all go sometime!

I LOVE ELI CANNONS!!!!! My dad took us there when we came up to visit them back in 1999. I should be ashamed of this, but that place was part of our decision to move here - it was just too cool.
