Weekend Breakfast (Puri-Bhajee)

Puri-Bhajee is our favorite breakfast during the weekend. We eat it more like brunch, so it makes my life a wee bit easier too ;). I decided make this for breakfast today and I also decided to take pictures alongside, which had nandu pacing the kitchen hoping the breakfast would get done soon J. Anyway, here is a picture post of what we had.

Quite probably, I will, although I don't know where I could find the curry leaves around here, perhaps Ali Baba's (our exotic food store in town).

Curry leaves give a nice aroma to the dish. If you are unable to find it, it is very much Ok to make it without it.
