So sorry. I have a 14 (nearly 15)-year-old dog now and she's starting to slow down a bit. So far though, so good.

I'm so sorry. My dog died a year and a half ago and you described how I felt then so perfectly.
He was in a lot of pain too. He'd become blind and deaf, and had cancer.
Judging from your pictures, Peanut seemed like such a great dog.

I lost my pet bunny this December. I can still position my hands over my chest as if I was holding her and feel her body in my head.
