Today I took my Boy (still a novel title after years of referring to my girls...)for a "trial" run at his day care center and I went to meet my class for the first time. All in all, it went alright. He cried a lot, but fortunately I never heard him. He was okay when I dropped him off and was not crying when I came to pick him up 3.5 hours later.

I can't believe your baby is 15 lbs!! He is robust!! Kashu is 13.5 and she is 4.5 months along...
