Use canned coconut cream instead of water! It makes it extra tasty, not that coconut flavored cause the chocolate dominates, and adds thickness which plays up the chocolate very nicely. I added some ginger to the mix too for some spiceyness.

actually walked me to the local Asian supermarket (couldn't find it a Smart & Final)
and tried it.
not to sound queer and whatnot, but.. damn~! delish! though no ginger for me. it's a great sweetener and i love the flavor it brings to it.
