Cai just got his first supply list for school. Sniff...my little boy is growning up...

Cai calls hershy kisses "nose kisses" I guess they kind of look like noses. He is watching something about chocolate on the food network and every time one comes on the screen he says "nose kiss!" he is cute.

I took the boys to the y yesterday for a little 4th of July carnival. Cai rode in the little bike parade they had. He is growing up so fast. He calls the Y the L. I guess they are both letters. And we saw fireworks last night. Eli fell asleep in the middle of them.

Eli knows Cai. And likes him. The other day after his gymboree class I asked him if he wanted to go get Cai out of Cai's class. Eli starts shreaking "Cai! Cai" and runs to the door and pounds on it to be let out, then runs to Cai's classroom door and pounds on it to be let in and then points and Cai and says "Cai! Cai just came to me and said "Snoopy has a little blood." I, thinking that snoopy must of had some blood on him from Cai's last bloody nose told him snoopy was fine. Cai said "Snoopy needs a little paper." I told him fine, go get snoopy some toilet paper to wipe off the blood. Several minutes go by and Cai is still in the bathroom with snoopy ( Read more... )

Oh and we went to McDonnalds on base before Dan's baseball game and when we were comming out they were playing taps and then anthem or whatever they play so the boys and I were standing there and when it was over Cai turns to me and says "Was that a teeny tiny Daddy concert?"

My poor boys. Eli got into a pricker bush on tuesday and now he has all these red bumps all over one leg were he got prickers on him--he looks like he has some terrible skin problem. And Cai fell off a chair yesterday onto cement and has a HUGE bruise on his forhead.

Cai is currently doing some naked swimming in the backyard so I have time to write in my journal. Christine came to visit right before we went to Putna Cana and I told Cai that Miss Chris was comming to visit and somehow in his mind he translated that to Chrismas so he calls her Christmas and I think it is sooo cute.

So I am putting dishes in the sink and the boys are playing in the basement. I hear Cai scream "I can't! Unnng!" and then a thump. Then it is quiet. So I go back to the dishes. Then he repeats "I can't! Unnng" thump. Then silence again. Then just "Unnng!" thump "Unng! thump "Unnng!" thump about 10 times. I figure he isn't crying so he ( Read more... )
