I am about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I would like to ask you to assist me. I am going to walk across the border from the United States into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can help with this.

I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas

Saying it's a "nation of 'settlers, slaves, and Indians." is just as erroneous as calling it a nation of immigrants. It WAS that. It's NOW, by your own numbers, a nation of lots of different things, immigrant and non.

Okay, my mother's side of the family were Finnish immigrants. My father's side of the family are pre-Revolutionary War blue bloods with a touch of native American thrown in so I think that makes me uniquely qualified to address this issue

Dude i cannot tell you how sick I am waiting on Spanish Speaking illegal immigrants at work. I unstanderstand they want to become American but before they cross the border, could they make an effort to learn ENGLISH? I think it is rediculous that so many things these days have to be printed in two languages. I mean, in the early 1900's I am sure forms weren't printed in 20 different laguages to please everyone.

Oh and could they now paying in $100 bills for EVERYTHING? It pisses me off when I have 5 people in a row give me $100 bills for $5 worth of merchandise wiping me out on change.

I know the feeling Casey. I think we need the border militarized and all those illegals deported. Some ignorant people make me so mad. One of my buddies on Myspace made this stupid bulletin complaining that Congress went on Spring Break to avoid Immigration Reform , which to me Immigration Reform is a joke, and that people were protesting demanding justice, good luck getting your green cards. I said it's not justice when you reward people for breaking the law. Last time I checked justice was being punished for breaking the law, and they broke the law by entering illegally and should be treated as criminals. The person then responded to my reply ' either way I don't care' and then I thought to myself 'well why the fuck did you make such a stupid post then?' By the way what is the current email address you use? I was gonna send a funny link to this video that makes fun of Kanye West. There was a part in it that says 'Kanye West Fights Terrorism with Love' and shows Kanye in bed with Osama lol.
