I had that happen once in an email to my entire company regarding a network outage.

It was supposed to read, Sorry for the inconvenience..

which i botched... and spellcheck decided to replace it with incontinence. ARGH!

I do not envy you, or her for that matter, but I bet everyone enjoyed a laugh. I think that is an intentional spellcheck response, designed to embarass the user.
