Oh Gorbrichious - great changes afoot, eh. Actually, eating healthy-like and all that becomes quite addictive, I've found. Good food does taste better and after a while, you wonder why you ate all that crappolla for so long. At least, that's my take on it... And that puppy - cutest yet. :)
And skim milk becomes as good as all the others after about a month and a half! :)
But this: At the moment I'm just building up the motivation to go and get on my exercise bike :/
No, no, you're coming at it all wrong, Gorb. The motivation never comes - you just have to do it. Otherwise you'll be waiting to the end of time, and you'll never taste the sweetness of your success ;).
May i introduce you to Jorge Cruise's 8 Minute Workout? It's sets of exercises done for 8 minutes first thing in the morning. i get up 15 minutes earlier than usual (which is nothing short of miraculous because i detest getting up any time before 8 for any reason), and i gets me breathing deeply and moving about; i do some stretches... i feel better than i do without having done it. Of course, sex would be just as good or better, but that ain't happening in this house! Combine the 8 minute thing with some aerobic movement some other time of the day, and you're on your way

I'll check out that link when I get a minute... but the idea of getting up one second earlier than is absolutely necessary fills me with dread. :D
Hmmmm... so all I need to do to get fit is have loads of sex? That sounds like a better idea than getting up early. :D
