Which call center is this? If it's US Systems Support (or whatever) out on Bert Kouns....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! My dad works for them and they don't seem to be the best of employers. In fact, Michelle used to work for them as well and described them alternately as space aliens and Nazis.

Work sucks. Ala has me working 36 1/2 hours next week, which is more than everyone but Nancy and herself (well, at least what she's scheduled for). It makes fuck-tardish levels of sense.
