Woo a positive entry.
Finaly seem to have hit my long term goal of:
10 stone (140pounds) (63.5kg)
Note i'm 5'4" so according to the (yes i know its not the most accurate thing in the world but its a guide) BMI i'm at 24.0 which is within the Normal range of 18.5 - 24.9
