So. Tonight I'm going to curl up on my couch after a 7 mile (? if I survive) run. Try to catch Gray's anatomy and pay my honey some attention. I think I'll take Oscar. He's been cooped up in the house with me since the weather has been so rotten ( Read more... )

Im almost to 7 miles. I finally ran a 5K(3.1 or so) under 30mins. I remember when I first started running it took me 35mins to run a mile!!! Soon I will be up to your speed.:)
