the other night you were saying OW OUCH OWIE and other pain phrases in your sleep. i forgot to mention that. any ideas on where that was from? it was loud enough to hear from the living room so i'm sure something intense was happening.

I have often been told that I talk in my sleep or get up and do weird things like I'm awake. I dont know. I have no idea what this was about. I've been having a lot of weird dreams lately. I'm pretty active in my sleep apparently?

also that's kind of weird/embarrassing! I can't believe I was talking loud enough to be heard! Was it definitely when I was sleeping??

i'm pretty sure it was. don't be embarrassed though, it was the only such instance. it's also not like it was a murder confession or something horrible or embarrassing - just an owie.
