there is an option to turn off the feed from groups like that.
i think you could totally bang out a 5k. so there. :P
and if you're built more for swimming, you should swim. it's fun!

i just changed my settings so i'm not watching runners so their crap doesn't come up on my friends page anymore.

Maybe it'll make me motivated to stick with MY program too. I find it hard to stay motivated sometimes. :)
