Too bad so much of her advice I'm either a)already doing b)don't have the money to do now, but will later or c)does not apply to an urban dweller in a studio apartment.

Excellent. I'm going to try to remember that. (When I hear a phrase I like, the challenge is always to remember to use it *once* at an apppropriate time... After that, it usually becomes established as part of my repertoire.)
