It's an awkward subject to talk about, but do you know if the people of the Badlands have problems with samurai? I keep getting these strange looks and I'm not sure what they could possibly be about.

I wouldn't have thought so. I mean, the Badlands are a rough place, so anyone who can wield a sword should be welcome enough here.

Well, I certainly hope that you're doing something about those bags. Just because you work does not mean you can let your appearance falter. What if you happen to save some pretty lady while on duty, and she does not fall in love with you because you look like one of the undead? You need to consider these things.

Ah, that's a little joke I have. Obviously, I am as strong, tall, and manly as a man can possibly be, so I like to remind others who are not so strong, tall or manly without actually bragging.

For example, if I were you, Komachi, I would say that I needed more sleep to become cuter, but how can I possibly become better-looking if I am as cute as a little girl can be? Do you understand the joke?
