today was one of those days that started out very productive and turned into a lazy evening...

practice today consisted of sprinting, lifting [squats, cleans], hammer throw w/ 5K [about 35 throws] and then 4K [about 10 throws], some manual labor, weight throw w/ 9K [about 10 throws], more lifting [bench press, butterflies]. it lasted about 3 hours. i am dead tired and feel every single muscle in my body ( Read more... )

arr...my nose is stuffed, forcing me to breathe through my mouth. the pressure from my nose is making my head hurt. i was hoping a nap would help relieve this, but it didn't. it did, however, give me some more energy than i had prior to the nap. my muscles are sore from quite an intensive practice in almost-freezing weather [it was 2.8 degrees C ( Read more... )
