Yes and no! Desire's favorite form is the one we see in the comic the most - the androgynous youth. However, depending on Desire's mood and/or the climate of the time it's in, things change. Right now Desire is favoring high heels and power suits, for instance. Also Desire sort of appears a little differently to everyone, and can imitate anyone, and so sometimes it'll change things up just to be ornery (like when it imitated Felicia for Eddie!).
But when it's alone in the Threshold or with Despair it really favors a simple white suit and short dark hair.
Yes! He changes it up a lot (especially depending on his mood) but there are some songs that will always pop up - he likes I Get Along Without You Very Well, When I Fall in Love and Monday Morning Blues. But he always tries to work off a set list, unless, of course, he is massively depressed and feeling especially sorry for himself, at which point he just tortures the audience with every single sad song he knows.

If they're not his custom suits, and he does own some things that aren't SHOCKINGLY, he favors a certain color scheme. Nevertheless, he's agonizingly particular with them. He's that customer.
