Are there other parents whom you know are dealing with similar coordination problems? 4:30 seems pretty early, so perhaps other parents have worked out a solution or could share in a solution with you that might make it less costly?

MRF has built up an obscene about of vacation time that he's using to alleviate our current childcare/work conflict. Is that an option for Chip? Or maybe going into work early a few days a week to make up the time on the other end of the day?

He has taken something like a week and half since I started this job already. :-(

On an occasional basis, he could probably be here until Chip can get here. It would be a pain to have to go up to the school a third time, though, but maybe someone could walk him down? I'm not sure if I could do every Monday. Let's talk.
