Headache Day 2

So my head hurts. Not in a pulsating going to explode way, but hurts. I thought yesterday maybe I was dehydrated, so I drank some water. Sadly this did not help as much as I would have liked, but water never hurts. Today I woke up and still had the headache plus some sinus pressure.
