Tomorrow is yet another travel day for me. Up at 3:30 at the airport by 4:30, theoretically in the air at 6:45. But the joys of sleeping in my own bed are more then enough to make it all worth it.

Hey is anyone in the Portland area going down to Tjorkill's Birthday tomorrow? I am looking to car pool.

I spent a lovely day sitting on the beach in southern California. Very typical for here (I am told). Then went to an art gallery party down the coast a bit. WHile I am not convinced there is much to celebrate, all things considered, but all in all it was a good fourth. There were explosions of the normal kind and a fire pit, and grilling. Got back from fun adventure with the other girlies but now am tired. I really need to get my life in order, and organize my stuff. I think I might be too obbsessed with material posessions. But for now, a nap, then diner.

Well after getting up REALLy early (well more like not really sleeping), waiting at the airprot for a flight that was 1 1/2 hours late getting in the air, some 80's movie style dramatic running through an airport, and arguing about lost lugagge; I am back in portland. I leave here bright and early one week for today, and I am SO happy about it. I am tired of the smog, and dog shit, the rude people, and the not getting to see anyone I want to see.
