Hope you're doing well! It's been so long since we all were reviewing on Lightning's great story, which apparently I've only read till chapter 30 of book 7... Still need to finish it, one day.
Know if Strega is still active? I remember her making these lil cute icons for the chapters, but suddenly she stopped?

Yeah, I'm doing ok. And yes, I miss Lightning's story even though it was a huge monster more like. I only came to book 6 though. Can't finish it because... well, I'm a bit out of HP-fandom sadly. Too many years of reading them do that to you. So now, I'm after other stuff... still dabble in HP-fandom but not that vigurously anymore. I have to finish it though too... too many time devoted to it to not get it finished.
Strega? Nah, don't think so. She had that LJ-account sorely for the icons... sadly. Haven't heard from her anymore either. Do you know of her?

Huge monster indeed! I haven't read it completely either, yet, but I do want to finish it some day. It would be too strange not to! I don't think Lightning even comes on her lj any more. Not much reason to, right? She was going to mention when she gets published, right? If I like the genre, maybe online ordering it would be nice? Or through the local bookshop...
Nope, I didn't really know Strega. But I do remember her making those icons, and commenting. I think she didn't want to wait too long to finish book 7, so she had a little break? Or was that someone else, possibly even you? Hmm.

I can totally relate. When I'm in lurking mode (about 96% of the year), it's a lot for me to log-in at all, though I still like to browse my favorite journals.
Have you, by chance, been watching Atlantis lately? I love your Michael icon(s).

I'm a Michael and Todd fan. And a Michael/Teyla shipper, so the eps we're getting now are squeee-able!

Honestly, I don't understand how more people aren't. Even if just for fun. Half of why I've been glued to Atlantis the last few weeks is because of the Michael/Teyla possibilities.
That having been said, let me know when you've finished the finale. I'm not going to spoil it for you, but I'd like to see your opinion on it, being a M/T fan.

I LOVED The Kindred, Part 1, because he was soooo open with her, cryptic still, yes, but pretty open for him. Remember that he doesn't have to talk. But he wants her to understand, again. Very cute, really!
The Kindred, Part 2 was more spooky, with the needle. An him going all 'you let your feelings get in the way, again'. Like he doesn't have any for her...
OMG. I wanna see that Todd-Ronon scene. *Squeee*
