If you don't mind the feeling of drowning...salt water doused and held up the nose works for me...for a while at least.

The netipot is a wonderful fantastic invention which has helped me through many a time feeling exactly like you do now. It is a little strange at first, but the results are worth it. You can get them at any healthfood store/natural living place.
