Is it a group of people you know or something? I think I might be interested, since the only book club within an hour of this unholy place is Christian books only.

It's actually several CMers and an odd assortment of LJ folks. We just opened up today, and so far its a mix of people that I have been aware of or talked to for a while, and not the fangirl assortment on LJ.

We are planning on having all the members vote to chose the books and have a variety of genres to keep it fresh.

It would be great if you joined, I always love hearing your thoughts on things.

OOO BOOK CLUB! you know, even though i'm like a crazed reader, i've never been in a book club. Might be fun though! i'll check it out.

I've never been in one either, unless you count class, and I don't think people read then.

It launched today, so there isn't a whole ton going on, but tomorrow there will probably be a poll about what book to start with, etc.
