My job entails, preparing the paper work for requests from the customers for exs. Change of Beneficiaries, Change of Name, Name and Birthdate corrections, Lowering Premiums, etc.. Highlighting, Red ex-ing the paper work for the customers to sign, everything has to be done correctly, no whiting out, no crossouts, you make a mistake, you re-do it. And preparing the letters to go with the forms, from templates, choosing the right ones according to the sitatuation and sometimes altering them to fit the situations. Everything has to be as clear as possible for the customers to understand, so it's not necessary for them to call because they don't understand what they are suppose to do. I'm trying to soak in everything so that I don't need to ask many questions. You know :)
