Beth and that guy are basically still at square one because Beth is too chicken shit to talk to him ;) but Beth also doesn't really have an opportunity to talk to him unless she literally gets up, walks to the back of the class, and says "Hi, Troy!" which is, clearly, lame and weird. still, Beth will marry him. it's inevitable. and then she'll stop talking in third person. wtf.
