You know, it figures that just when I get used to it being mind-numbingly cold, it gets brain-meltingly hot. DX Ugh. The warm weather also means shorts for Sam, and now his knees are making a good go at passing for hamburger meat. D:
He falls and gets scrapes and bleeds and I get paranoid and have a small panic attack after I make sure he's okay.
Sam did have a pretty nasty fall today, though, inside the house. I was in the kitchen, checking my email and he was in the living room (they're connected) and I heard a bang and his tonka firetruck move violently and he started crying.
His mouth was practically gushing blood, no joke. I'm pretty sure he jammed a tooth and cut the inside of his cheek. He's got sharp teeth, courtesy of me. :B He cried for a while and I wiped the blood away with a tissue and a paper towel. Needless to say, he was not a happy toddler. D:
But he stopped and I put in Lilo and Stitch which is his favorite movie. I don't think he's gone a day for at least three weeks without watching it all the way through at least once. And as much as I love the movie, it's starting to wear on my nerves.
I can talk along with the lines; at least that makes him laugh. XD
Just wanted to post something, in case someone decided to read it. :D
