The Happy Garden jsk is too cute and so are the shoes!
Understand completely about living in a "small, nosey, judgemental" town. The place I'm currently working in is like that. But I still try to venture out in Lolita/otome when I have free time on the weekend. Just be confident and proud. It's the best accessory. :)
