14 More days until I can have some real fun!

I just counted the days....I have to wait 14 more days until I can have my life back....free from working at the new house....if you don;t know what I'll be doing for 10 days I'll tell ya: I'm going to Church camp...6 days for the camp I'm actually in and 4 to 5 days at the Camp i'm helping at....and between the both of them I don't even get to ( Read more... )

Hello (same weirdo from your other LJ).
Here is some tips for loosing weight. (sorry if you've heard this before.)
-Eat breakfast, if you don't you're metabolism slows down and you get hungry and eat more in the day.

-Don't eat a huge dinner and eat at least 3 hours you go to bed.
That way your food can digest and it won't slow down.

-If at all possible go for a walk after dinner or something. IF you go with a person its more fun and stuff.

-Try to stay under 2,000 calories every day

-Fast food and Eating out is bad if you do it more than once a week. if it can't be avoided. grilled chicken is better than hamburger meat. or get a kids meal (you get a cool toy too! haha) Some places like Applebee's have certain food that are under 500 calories. And salads do exist.

-Drinking water is good. Sometimes humans think they are hungry when they are just thirsty.

-Soda = bad. Diet soda = good. water = best
