there's a really thick line between flirting and acting.
i don't even know if that was flirting as much as it might've just been a compliment on your personality. the fact that he had a wife and kids is further evidence of such. it sounds like something i might say to someone.

well right, of course. but the thing is, I really feel it when someone is just being kind with compliments or flirting and he was sadly flirting. there's a line, and he completely avoided it.
