Jesse as promised, showed up to pick Kate up for their date, smiling when he saw her. He was dressed nicely, pair of pants and a button up shirt. They both needed the distraction it seemed.

Kate was less cranky, but still down a bit. Still, she was glad to see him. "Hey there," she said, giving him a hug. "Thanks for doing this."

He smiled and hugged her back gently, if anything it was just two people going out to eat, and having fun. "No problem. Good to see you again."

"Yeah, you too. Best thing to happen to me in a long time." She smiled and took his hand in hers. "So, where are we off to?"

"I'm glad for that. Just some small place i found." He smiled as she took his hand, he walked her to his car letting her in.
