sobs emotionally at "finally we are here" this sentence just moves me so much bc reasons, i couldn't have put it better ;~; writing this fic has been such a rewarding journey that wouldn't have been possible without a deeper commitment and endurance than i usually put into my shorter fics as well as all my numerous readers' patience in staying with me throughout the haphazardly organized, lengthy and time-consuming chapters. when i started writing this fic i never expected how long it would turn out and in the middle of the process too (which i think is normal for writers working on chaptered wips, esp for the first time), i lost a little steam and motivation and doubted myself whether i would be able to finish it and live up to my readers' expectations :') but my friends and readers and commenters supported me so passionately and held my hand and were my greatest cheerleaders ;u; the thing that touched me most is that so many of them are as emotionally invested in this verse as me and thats why i say every single one of them really

crying im overjoyed that you enjoyed reading all the chapters as i think the most wonderful accomplishment a long fic could achieve is to provide pleasure and fun to the reader during the hours they spend reading it, instead of being something that causes stress or tires the reader out. there are some long stories that you wish would never end and feel like rereading even after they're done, and others that you constantly check how many pages you have left and heave a sigh of relief when you reach the ending and my biggest hope is that this fic would fall under the former category for most readers! :) im ridiculously pleased to hear that you liked both mark and jackson's personalities here :D omg wang puppy thats so true sobs bc thats exactly how i meant to portray him!! i've written another markson fic titled lapis lazuli and my characterizations of mark and jackson there were ones that i personally liked the most and wanted to revisit and explore more as that was a shorter fic. so their characters in this fic were meant to be
