Somehow, by a miracle and sheer force of will, Kirk had managed to evade being eaten by a wolf today.

He was actually just getting some sunshine and taking his time with it. He'd never really been able to claim that he was more in love with nature than his starship but Enterprise was different than the Barge, and the Barge made him pine for fresh air whenever he could get it. If he had to drag Shego out camping with him and Aristotle every once in a while... then so be it.

Jim came up behind Shego and nudged her in the back with the toe of his boot lightly. "Anyone kill somebody or a Warden abuse their power yet?" Because that was really all that happened anymore.

"No to the first, 'meh kinda' to the second. Sexby beat on the Marquis, apparently. Exactly why seems a little bit vague, maybe he breathed too hard on Angelica or something." She shrugged and put the communicator aside. "It's probably all under a Warden filter like I'm guessing it is whenever anything happens."

"What?" As the Marquis had once been his Inmate, and the only that he'd actually managed to graduate, as the present company was too damn stubborn, Kirk actually cared about this latest development. He pulled out his PADD and started to read the report left by Kay.

"It sounds like Sexby's pissed about something the Marquis and Angelica did a year ago," he said finally. Though honestly, it didn't sound like Sexby had much of a defense and the Marquis was letting his pride get before sense. Which didn't surprise him at all.

Sighing, Kirk offered her the PADD because he didn't really care about keeping things from his Inmate. "Here, read it if you want."

"Thanks." She took the device and paged through Kay's report, with a look on her face like she was reading a newspaper article she wasn't actually interested in but had accepted it was going to make up a good chunk of the water-cooler gossip in days to come.

"...Eesh. What a trainwreck. 'Stubborn jerk beats on other stubborn jerk, single incident lasting five minutes gets blown up into gigantic melodrama'. Puh-leaze."

She paged down to see the responses and hit Kirk's in short order, one eyebrow crawling up.

"...You had to drag Tim and Joker back up again, huh." She, of course, didn't realise that this had practically become a precedent case for unjustifiable violence from Wardens.
