Dangerous sexual predator on the loose

As I was dozing on the sofa the other night, a pair of fluffy ears hove into view over my bump, there was some frantic scrabbling followed by the inevitable feeling of warm damp something dripping down my thigh.

Yes! I had been the victim of rabbit ravishment and here is a photo-fit picture of the villain:

Your bunny (altho I know this isn't the exact one) is adorable) How could you ever be angry at this... actually I don't think you were ... ; )

See, that's what he wants you to think! How could you ever be cross with such a cute fluff-ball? In fact it's very difficult to believe that he could ever even be responsible for such terrible bunny crimes!

He's mostly gorgeous, adorable and well behaved, but he does tend to forget himself in polite company.

Sounds like bunny is living up to his reputation. I'd be hauling him to the vet too :-)

*snicker*

Since hubby is nearly epi-pen allergic to dogs and cats I'm really thinking about pets in the future. Our old cat is on her last legs, bless her heart, and when she goes I will have to find a way to get a pet into my kid's life without damaging daddy.

Bunnies are on the list; such nice pets in the house!

Guinea pigs - very nice, eat your kitchen waste, not too smelly.

Rats - maybe.

Ferrets - no. I do not like the way their poo smells and would not want to deal with it every day. *barf*

A couple of nice hens in the back yard! I really like that idea. They make lovely pets, they eat bugs, they lay eggs. If I got a couple of bare legged variety they'd deal with the wettish ground in the winter quite well. Red sex-linked crosses are nice for pets AND reasonably good layers. Two hens would lay about five eggs a week each. 10 eggs a week is a lot to deal with, but I have neighbors. I don't think it would be a chore to get rid of home grown pastured eggs, right? Anyway, my brain is working.

Sorry to hear you don't like ferrets. The best pets I have ever had! They (and their poo) don't smell any worse than cat or dog poo if you feed them the right things.

Ferrets are dear little animals and I do enjoy their personalities and antics. My stepdaughter's mom has had ferrets for years and even does ferret fostering in this area. I've had ample opportunity to hang out with many different ferrets. I simply don't care for the way they smell. I don't want that in my house. No biggie; some people don't like the way dogs smell, and that's OK.

There are lots and lots of nice animals that make lovely pets for people. Everyone has a chance to find the pet that best suits them (or no pet, if that's they way they roll).
