Ok so when I was a pre-teen into my early teen years I was "enrolled" in this organization called "Rainbow Girls". It was sponsored by the Masonic Lodge and the Eastern Star as well as one other organization. It was meant to encourage young girls and to build them up. I was a Bethel girl (Job's Daughters).....I loved the robes we got to wear *ahem*.

I think that I followed your above suggestion, too, because wandering in to any meeting looking as I do now - pierced and tattooed - would probably lead every one of those people in to coronary malfunction. :)
