This one was created in April 2002 so in the run up to C8. I gather the owner of this group (lilmizscareall) doesn't play here anymore (last post Jan 1, 2008).
Annie fell off the face of the planet. Even her old business partner, Kat, has no idea where she went. I'm guessing she doesn't have a computer anymore. :)
Annie from Dreadful Ewe Designz made one of them (this one, maybe?) for C9, I believe. It was the first one on LJ.
Annie kinda fell off the face of the planet, and the C*A*B*A*L wanted more control (or whatever), so they started the afterglow community, but people continued using the other one because, well, it'd been around longer.
So, there you have it. Here's hoping Annie is out there somewhere, having a blast. :)
