contact livejournal and complain, that might get them off your list. unfortunately they don't have the lovely option like on greatest journal where you can kick off someone who's friending you...

You can ban a user from your LJ, which removes them from your f-list and prevents them from commenting...

Find a comment theyve left you and ban them from there.

I've successfully banned people in the past...I don't remember off-hand the exact code, but it's in the FAQ
