It is 430 am here, and I have to go to bed. Although, i do need some help. Please respond if you read this and have an upgraded account. I would like to change my background. Make my own layout. I have an upgraded account but do[t know much about it. I found my layout my searching livejournal layouts on google. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
