Quite an offering! jschonbr August 3 2009, 23:56:33 UTC
This was just about the best demonstration of the Samildanich I could think of in honor Lugh.

I am sure you realize how incredible this type of achievement is, and what it took to get there, but this is still nearly incomprehensible for someone like me to consider undertaking at this point in my life, so it makes you seem all the more godlike in your training and execution here!

Well done!

Yes, and to actually DO it on Lughnasadh makes it even more special. Something almost inconceivable. Heck, I remember when you first started taking daily walks! Look at you now :)

Well, as Linda points out, it wasn't so very long ago that I started taking 20 minute walks...May 2004, just a week or so before turning 44. Five years later, at 49, look where that led. I won't say anything is possible (I'd like to play pro basketball or visit the moon, but neither of those will happen, no matter how much I try to make them), but almost anything is possible...if one is willing to set priorities and boundaries.
