Unfortunately, 3 years ago, I was down to 170 and my high was 175, but I've gained back all the weight I lost... even though I exercise practically every day and watch what I eat. Of course, I haven't run any marathons lately, and I've been under an inordinate amount of financial stress for almost two years. And further research is showing me that much of the weight gain has to do with the medication I am on - which I am planning to rectify within the next 10 months.. so hopefully by this time next year, I will be back down to where I was 3 years ago, if not less.
