Aimee Mann is playing this Sunday at the Birchmere and there are apparently still tickets available. The trouble is, tickets are $45. I'm willing to pay it, but not if I have to go alone. Anyone else willing to come along?

Chris Turnham's Decemberists series is now hanging in my living room. Well, all except one. One of the frames broke in transit. Once I get a new frame for that, frames for the Ani posters that I got last night and a replacement frame for the Faint poster I've got, my indie rock living room will be complete. Hurrah!

I have one extra ticket to see Ani diFranco tomorrow tonight in DC. If I don't find someone to drag along with me, I'll just sell it at the venue. That said...anyone interested?

Will someone please tell me how a person who writes their weblog as if they're posessed by the spirit of a thirteen year old makes a living as a food critic? She finds great stuff, but the writing gives me a headache.
