I sooo need to get exercising. My metabolism has slowed down so much that if I eat a normal full meal a few times a week I gain a couple of pounds. Here lately I never get out of my chair during the day when I'm working. So bad for me. ugh.
Working out does feel really good! I've found that if I keep junk food out of the house, I don't really crave it (once in awhile I will), so that helps. I get tempted easily, so I have to just keep away from all that stuff!
