Of the ten or so shows I went to in 2009 I think that the best one I attended was Paganfest II at the Worcester Palladium on May 1st. The sound was really good, and the lineup was pretty killer. The crowd was either cool or amusing (sometimes both), there was very little by way of douchebags there. Also I got Koske in a mosh pit for the first time ( Read more... )

paganfest II was pretty awesome and a good time was had all around but for my money i have to go with kmfdm at the house of blues. aside fromt he fact that its in boston, i love that place, the acoustics are great and the setup is very nice.

kmfdm as always put on a fantastic show with a good mix of songs from thier entire career. of course they dipped heavily into the newest 2 albums but you wont hear any complaining from me about that. the pit was pretty good with surprisingly few douchebags.
im already looking forward to the next time they come to town.

that show was 2nd on my list. It may have taken first if they had signed a good opening band, but Angelspit sucked harder than a $40 whore.

Lets find a good show in Argentina and we can go camping at Dave and Rose's property they bought down there. =)
