Curious whether anyone else (stateside?) felt any Disturbances today.. woke with a terrific sinus headache, in the area i associate with psychic sensitivity. Of course, we also had a weird front move thru just before dawn, bringing high winds and dropped temperatures, which have since rocketed back to August normal. Guess i'm thinking that could be

Stupid amounts of anxiety today, more than I can justify even for my overly anxious self. Yesterday I was exceptionally irritable, feeling hate for everything, and today I had panic attack amounts of adrenaline and anxiety. Now I'm feeling better, but super exhausted, like I've been fighting for my life.

it's been all splitting headaches the past few days for me, with irritability today; the air has felt different, but i just attributed it to Autumn coming early. :(

i know we had a front move in that seems to be stalled over our heads, and that should Explain things. It just occurred to me partway thru the day that right after the tsunami in Japan, people were reporting a lot of anomalous reactions, and i got to Wondering.
