Sorry for spamming, but I've just realised it's Thanksgiving Day. And while we don't celebrate it and I couldn't care less about it, I couldn't miss the opportunity to write a drabble about it. It took me something like 10 minutes, it must be my new record. :P

"Why do Americans celebrate Thanksgiving, anyway?"
"To thank God because they were able to rob the natives of their land and could build a new country for themselves."
Bela looked away from the TV screen and turned to Farin, who was sitting on the couch next to him reading the newspaper. "A bit polemical, aren't we?"
"You know I'm not so fond of the USA."
"Well, I'm not so fond of their foreign policy either, but you can't generalise."
Farin shrugged. "You asked me a question. I answered."
Bela leaned towards him. "You know what? We're going to celebrate Thanksgiving the Felsenheimer way."
Farin raised an eyebrow at him. "Meaning?"
"I tie you to the bed, smear chocolate all over your body and thank God for making me stumble upon you at the Ballhaus all those years ago."
Farin shook his head. "How can you turn even the most innocent comment into something kinky?"
"Well, it's not my fault we can't celebrate it the traditional way. Unless you have a tofu-turkey in your fridge?"
Farin burst out laughing. Bela had missed the sound more than he wanted to admit. The guitarist folded the newspaper and dropped it to the floor. His smile was devilish. Bela had missed that too.
"You don't need an excuse to tie me up, you know."
