Nothing annoys me more when someone takes our (the models and my photography), do some truly bizarre photoshopping to images and then try pass off the artwork as their own orginal creation. And this without even asking first

Sadly I've been seeing a lot of copyright infringement lately. An elder in one of the communities I belong to literally had blog posts lifted verbatim and republished as someone else's originally work. Needless to say, the intellectual property owner is quite peeved.

I hope you are taking swift and decisive action against this individual.

Very much so, just finished filling out a complaint to Deviant Art. Hopefully the images will be removed swiftly. I agree it is becoming more of a problem. But if we all complain as soon as we see someone pillaging our work, then hopefully people will realise you cannot take someone else work. A lot of people think that is ok to adapt, photoshop, an orginal image. Perhaps we should start to sue...
