The thing about christmas is that it is all about families and partners.

Having no partner and very little family, although the run up to christmas and afterwards will be really busy, christmas eve, christmas day and boxing day will be a fairly lonely affair.

I know that I have a few DVD's as presents so at least I'll get to watch them.

John, being John still has not booked the restaurant for friday night!!

I called the travel company about my flights to Ushuaia trying to blag an emerengcy exit seat, call after dec 17 they said. They said that I could terrorize Madrid for a few hours as I'd be allowed to leave the airport, which was a nice surprise. Looks like I'll be having my dinner in Madrid, Bonus!
