Tuesday night was indeed a great night of revelling and laughter. I really like spending time with you, Lisha and Pennie too...it's sooo rare for the four of us girls to do things together. Speaking of doing things. I would like to go see the movie '2.37' and if you would like to come that would be cool! It is a pity we don't get to see each other much anymore. I miss the good old days.

I'll have to visit Victorian Gothic one day. Where is it by the way? It would be cool if you got a pretty little corset! I look forward to seeing it. One month today until The Dresden Dolls show and I cannot wait, just like you! I need to get more ideas and start gathering together what to wear. This will be the show of my life! I can tell.

Love you ducky.

Ps. See you Monday for coffee at 11am? And have fun at Eve! Make sure you check out the seating and wall paper!

Hmm what's '2.37' about?

Victorian Gothic is in Fitzroy I believe.

Yeah I think I'll end up participating in this evil fairy tale character idea. Rocking up to the DD concert as a gothed up Snow White could be fun! Providing I can get something together in time. Fingers crossed! If I can't find anything I suppose I can construct the costume myself. Although I'm worried I may not have the time. Hmm..we'll see how we go.

Coffee on Monday sounds perfect.

Love you too.

Snow White will be awesome! Unfortunately I cannot do coffee on Mon because I got mixed up. The mon just gone was the day I had free to do coffee (it's fortnightly remember) and this week I have a tute at 11am and seminars until 3pm and then class until 6pm :( We will see each other at coffee club though!

2.37 is a movie about suicide. Like the recount of someone's last hours on earth. It intrigues me for I am currently writing an assignment on suicide.

Where is Victorian Gothic? I love corsets, but alas my favourite one needs reboning.
When I was in year 10, my school took us to the museam and as part of the tour they dressed me up in a really old corset and skirt with so many petticoats. It was great and I definately couldn't breathe!
Hope you have a good weekend:)

Aww no coffee? That's a shame.
2.37 sounds interesting. I read your email--I'm in! More for 'Danielle time' than the film though! :)

Is your corset a steel boned one? Ah yes, I remember you telling me about this museum corset encounter the first time I met you. That'd be so cool. To own a real corset would be fantastic!
You too Tanya, x.

I think that the boning in the more flexible plastic kind. I'm mad that it's broken as it was expensive. I made a semi-corset out of a black top that is pretty cool with metal eyelets, leather loops and a string of pearls to use as lacing:)
I have 5 corsets in various colours but none really bone-crushing. I like to breathe but still would love a proper one for occasions. Are you going to get a steel boned one?
Work is boring tonight. Only 15 mins to go though:)

Oooh the semi-corset you made sounds like just my taste!
5 corsets? Really? How cool. I only really own about 2.
I'd love to get a steel boned one from Victorian Gothic. I saw one the other day which was one of those waist to bellow bust corsets, red satin, kind of Asian looking. Gorgeous! $300 though!

Yeah, I have a goldy-purple one, a white lacy vintage one that's more like underwear, the black one with pearls, a beautiful pale peach one with beading and embrodiery that needs taking in, the one from the ball and a red satin Asian print one (that's the one that needs reboning, it would be worth getting it done as it was really expensive). I love it lots though. I wish I was a skilled sewer for taking in/reboning. That would be handy.
We all should head to Q&A again soon:)
How's your uni work going? Mine is not going anywhere this semester.
