MENTAL INFO. Kasuka's emotions are reflexively self-repressed. He will always have a blank expression and voice, and his body makes only the necessary movements. Therefore, it's hard to upset him, and he's always a little creepy!
FOURTH-WALLING. No thank you. If you are from a canon in which he exists (Durarara!!, Baccano's modern timeline, etc), feel free to recognise him as famous, but that's all.
PHYSICAL CONTACT. Go ahead, he won't be bothered. He won't like it either though. He'll stare.
ROMANCE/SEXUAL RELATIONS. Not too likely! You can try, but his romantic interests are mostly based on "what [character he played] would do".
INJURE/KILL. Injuring is fine, but ask before doing anything severe. No killing without discussion, please!

OK I'm too scatterbrained to hit up every permissions post everywhere so this is just saying that as long as you ping me before doing anything crazy to Kasuka like killing him or reading his mind, just drop me a line. By default I'm OK with any quirks personality, power, or text that may be thrown at him. :)
A note about perception: Hi guys! I just wanted to cover a couple of things about the way people percieve Kasuka in canon, for quick reference. No one likes getting tags that constantly point out a character's physical appearance, and I really don't want to write it all the time, either. It seems really self-absorbed. :( So basically, I figured I'd just put it here. You will frequently see me talk about Kasuka being emotionless and robotic. This demeanor is one of the two big things that define his character in canon, but though it isn't touched on as much in the anime, the other big thing mentioned in the novels does hold true!
Kasuka is, canonically, supposed to appear "perfect". Though his personality is weird and creepy, and he has a lot of mental/emotional issues, his physical appearance at least is supposed to be "exquisite", astonishingly so. His face is somewhat androgynous, and he's on the slim side of healthy, but he's generally supposed to be uncomfortably attractive. In fact, when he appears in the novels, his looks have an Edward Cullen-like frequency of mention. But in the interest of not being annoying as fuck, I'd rather not follow canon in that way.
So basically, I don't want or need it to be mentioned all the time, I just wanted this to be written down somewhere so that if anyone does need to worry about Kasuka's physical appearance, it'll be here. :D
